Floor Plans
FDNY Local Law 26 requires, as a part of EAP submittal, electronic copies of all floor plans containing the information required by 3 RCNY
§6-02; each floor plan signed and sealed by a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer (P. E.) or New York State Registered Architect. LXDE’s CAD team is well experienced to perform the task of preparing the floor plans, which will be reviewed, signed and sealed by our senior member staff with New York P. E. License.
As a special service offered to smaller NYC Class E office building owners who opt to prepare EAP themselves but who lack the manpower to prepare the floor plans within the limited time span, LXDE can provide timely CAD drafting service for the floor plans to meet the forthcoming submittal deadline.
